About Us
TOBE ART Productions Ltd. was founded in 2019 by Gábor Bóna and Bálint Kator. A new and energetic Creative Production Company that focuses on theater productions, performing arts and talent management. Both of the founders’ standards are very high for quality when it comes to theater.
As performers, they’ve worked on more than 20 shows and thousands of performances across Europe so they’ve learnt the business at first hand. The mission of TOBE ART is to bring innovative, creative and brand new theater productions to the audience of the next generation.
Gábor Bóna (co-founder)
Gábor was born in 1985, in Budapest. From an early age, it became clear that he was very interested in performing arts and music. As a versatile kid, he studied piano, sang in the school choir but also took acrobatic rock n’ roll dance lessons. Later on, he turned toward the business world and graduated summa cum laude from the Budapest Metropolitan University where he studied Tourism and Economics.
After receiving his diploma, Gábor decided to find his way back to his original passion (singing and dancing) and in 2006, he applied to Madách Musical Dance School where he graduated as a musical theater dancer.

As a dancer/performer, he’s been member of the prestigious Budapest Operett Theater since 2013, furthermore he’s appeared on TV shows, performed on music videos, worked with independent theater productions and various artists. Most recently he has been offered to an assistant choreographer position under Viktória Barta’s artistic leadership (Fame!, Titanic, Christmas Carol etc…).

Bálint Kator (co-founder)
Bálint was born in 1996, in Budapest. As a multi-talented young kid, he commenced his musical studies and began playing clarinets / saxophones at age of 8.
At a very early age, he got accepted to the Madách Musical Dance School where he studied under such masters as Gyula Sárközy, Csanád Kováts Gergely, Zsolt Kovács and Patrick Jurányi.
One year before his graduation, he was already offered a job at Budapest Operett Theater. As a member since 2015, I’ve been honored to perform in dozens of shows as a dancer / performer both on the national and international scenes (Beauty and the Beast, Titanic, Fame, Gone With The Wind, Sister Act etc…)
